Day-by-day programme

1Day 1 — Arrival, Registration & Welcome Reception

Delegates land in Sarajevo and check in to the conference hotel — registration opens the moment they arrive.

Private group transfers from Sarajevo International Airport to your 5★ conference hotel
Registration desk, delegate badges and printed programmes set up in the hotel lobby
Technical rehearsal in the plenary room — screens, sound and slides tested with your team
Evening welcome reception with canapés and a short opening address

Our coordinator stays on site all week, so your team only has to worry about the content.

2Day 2 — Conference Day One — Plenary & Workshops

A full working day in the hotel: plenary in the morning, breakout workshops after lunch.

Plenary room from 08:00 with staging, projector, screen, lectern and PA system
Handheld and lapel microphones, a sound technician on hand throughout the day
Two refreshment breaks with Bosnian coffee, pastries and fruit
Seated working lunch, then up to three breakout rooms for afternoon workshops

Room layouts — theatre, cabaret, boardroom or U-shape — are set to your plan the night before.

3Day 3 — Conference Day Two, Sarajevo Tour & Gala Dinner

Sessions wrap by early afternoon, then the city itself becomes the networking venue.

Cable car up Mount Trebević for panoramic views over the whole valley
Guided Sarajevo walk — Baščaršija, the Sebilj fountain, the Latin Bridge and the Tunnel of Hope
Gala dinner in a traditional Sarajevo restaurant with live sevdah music

The gala dinner is fully private — your group only, with a reserved menu agreed in advance.

4Day 4 — Mostar Excursion & Departure

A relaxed final day in Herzegovina before evening flights home.

Drive south through the Neretva canyon to Mostar and the Stari Most bridge
Panoramic Mostar viewpoint and free time in the Kujundžiluk bazaar
Group lunch on a terrace above the river
Return to Sarajevo and private transfers to the airport
