These terms govern your booking with Just Tour by 99e. By paying a deposit or confirming a trip, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Just Tour is a land-only holiday package brand operated by 99e. We arrange accommodation, local guides, transfers, tours and activities in Bosnia & Herzegovina. We do not arrange international flights, travel insurance, visas or personal expenses.
2. Land-only packages
All Just Tour packages are land-only. You are responsible for booking your own international flights to and from Sarajevo International Airport, ensuring your passport is valid, and arranging suitable travel insurance. Your package includes private transfers between Sarajevo International Airport and your hotel.
3. Prices and inclusions
Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. The core package includes 3 nights / 4 days, buffet breakfast, 4★ twin-share accommodation, a Sarajevo city tour, a custom one-day Mostar tour, an English-speaking guide and Sarajevo airport-hotel transfers. Room upgrades, extra nights, additional city tours, activities and entry fees are priced separately as shown in the live builder.
4. Deposit and payment
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our secure Stripe checkout. All charges are processed in GBP.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable for 7 days from the moment you book. After this 7-day cooling-off period, the deposit and any subsequent payments become non-refundable, because we begin confirming hotels, guides and transfers on your behalf. If you need to cancel after this point, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
6. Changes by you
Minor changes such as swapping an activity or entry fee are usually possible up to 14 days before travel, subject to availability. Larger changes to dates, trip length, hotels or room types may incur an amendment fee. All changes must be confirmed in writing by us.
7. Changes by us
In rare circumstances we may need to modify your itinerary due to weather, road conditions, supplier availability or events beyond our control. We will always offer a suitable alternative or, where a major element cannot be provided, a proportional refund for that element.
8. Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is mandatory for your own protection. We strongly recommend cover that includes medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal belongings and activities you have booked.
9. Passports and visas
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for the duration of your stay and for obtaining any required visa. Most Gulf and UK passport holders can enter Bosnia & Herzegovina visa-free for up to 90 days, but rules can change. We will double-check your details before final payment.
10. Behaviour and safety
You must follow the instructions of your guide and local suppliers, respect local customs and laws, and behave in a way that does not endanger others or disrupt the trip. We reserve the right to remove any traveller from the trip without refund if their behaviour seriously affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Contact us at support@99e.co.uk and we will respond within 2 working days.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your Just Tour package. We are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, visa issues, personal illness, or events caused by third-party suppliers.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
