1Day 1 — Arrival & Baščaršija Icebreaker

Private airport pick-up and a relaxed first evening that gets the whole team talking.

• Group transfer from Sarajevo International Airport to your 4★ hotel
• Welcome briefing — meet your guide and split into teams for the week
• Guided walk through Baščaršija old town, Sebilj fountain and the coppersmiths' alley
• Welcome dinner for the whole group in a traditional old-town restaurant

Team icebreaker: the Baščaršija photo quest — first team back with every landmark wins.

2Day 2 — Trebević Cable Car & Sarajevo City Challenge

The city from above, then a team challenge through the streets where East meets West.

• Cable car up Mount Trebević with panoramic views over the whole valley
• Guided Sarajevo city challenge — clues and tasks from the Latin Bridge to the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque
• Bosnian coffee masterclass — teams learn to brew it the traditional way
• Evening points tally and prizes over dinner

The city challenge is scored — the leaderboard runs all week.

3Day 3 — Neretva Rafting Day (June–October)

The headline event: a full day rafting the emerald Neretva canyon, with lunch on the river.

• Full rafting run on the Neretva from Konjic — certified skippers, all safety gear provided
• Riverside lunch included, grilled by the water
• Group boat ride on Jablanica Lake to finish the afternoon
• Overnight back in Sarajevo — outside June–October we swap in a highland hiking day

Rafts are crewed by your teams — paddling in sync is the whole point.

4Day 4 — Konjic, Mostar & the Old Bridge

South through the canyon to Herzegovina's famous bridge city.

• Konjic old town and its own Ottoman stone bridge
• Mostar: Stari Most, the Kujundžiluk bazaar and the bridge divers
• Panoramic viewpoint over the old town — the team photo stop
• Kravice waterfalls — a swim under the falls to cool off (in season)

Teams race a scavenger list through the bazaar — haggling skills count double.

5Day 5 — Jajce, Travnik & the Royal Fortresses

Two fortress towns, one waterfall in the middle of a city, and the grand finale.

• Jajce waterfall and the fortress walls above the town
• The Mlinčići watermills on the Pliva lakes
• Travnik — the viziers' town, its castle and the famous ćevapi lunch
• Farewell dinner and awards ceremony — the week's winning team is crowned

Final points on the table: the fortress quiz decides the champions.

6Day 6 — Vrelo Bosne & Departure

One last easy morning in the plane-tree avenue before the flight home.
