Detailed Itinerary

  1. Day 1Wed, 3 Sept

    Arrival in Marrakech

    Land at Marrakech Menara Airport at 10:20 AM and transfer to your riad in the historic Medina. After a traditional Moroccan lunch, tour the Red City — Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Ben Youssef Madrasa, the colourful souks, artisan quarters, Kasbah Mosque and lively Jemaa el-Fna Square. Welcome dinner and overnight in Marrakech.

  2. Day 2Thu, 4 Sept

    Atlas Mountains & Imlil Valley

    Travel into the High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy a memorable horse-riding experience in Tahnaout, then continue to Imlil — gateway to Toubkal National Park — for a traditional lunch with a Berber family. Guided afternoon walk through mountain villages and terraced fields.

  3. Day 3Fri, 5 Sept

    Imlil to Dades Gorge

    One of Morocco's most scenic drives across the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, through Ouarzazate, the palm groves of Skoura and the Valley of Roses, arriving in the dramatic Dades Gorge.

  4. Day 4Sat, 6 Sept

    Dades Gorge to Merzouga Desert

    Journey through the magnificent Todra Gorge to the golden dunes of Merzouga. Quad bike across the Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset, then a traditional dinner and an unforgettable night under the stars at a luxury desert camp.

  5. Day 5Sun, 7 Sept

    Merzouga to Ait Benhaddou

    Sunrise over the Sahara, then journey west to the UNESCO ksar of Ait Benhaddou — famed for its earthen architecture and film history — with a guided visit on arrival.

  6. Day 6Mon, 8 Sept

    Return to Marrakech

    Cross back through the High Atlas to Marrakech. Free afternoon to explore the Medina, cafés and Jemaa el-Fna at your own pace before a farewell dinner.

  7. Day 7Tue, 9 Sept

    Marrakech Artisan Experience

    Guided visit to Marrakech's artisan workshops and cooperatives — pottery, leatherwork, textiles, carpets and metalwork — plus time in the souks for authentic handmade souvenirs.

    Departure

    Early breakfast and transfer to Marrakech Menara Airport for the Ryanair flight to London Stansted, departing 10:45 AM.
